Innovative Production Process



This line utilizes a unique "Half-Cut Filling" technology, ensuring each slice of toast is perfectly crafted with precision and efficiency.
 

Step 1: Precision Half-Cutting (Creating the "Toast Pocket")

Equipment: XYD-KD1-1 Automatic Bread Slicer

Process: Whole toast loaves are precision "Half-Cut" by this machine. The blades control the depth accurately, leaving the bottom of the slices connected to form a perfect "pocket" that can be easily opened, ready for the filling.


Step 2: Dual-Filling Injection (Core Sandwiching Process)

Equipment: XYD-C4 Two-Color Sandwich Toast Machine

Process: The half-cut toast enters the core station, where automation takes over:

Process A (Opening & Primary Filling): The machine automatically opens the toast "pocket" and precisely injects the first layer of royal cheese sauce (or primary flavor filling).
Process B (Secondary Filling): Immediately after, a second filling of a different color or flavor (e.g., another cheese, fruit jam) is injected on top of the first, creating distinct two-toned layers directly within the pocket. No need to cover with another bread slice, making it highly efficient.


Step 3: Royal Glazing (Egg Wash Spraying)

Process: The filled toast slices pass through the sprayer on the conveyor, receiving a thin, even layer of egg wash. This step is crucial for achieving the signature golden, enticing color and crispy exterior, soft interior texture of Royal Toast.

Step 4: Output

Product: The toast is output as a complete semi-finished product. Its structure is compact and won't fall apart, ready for subsequent baking, cooling, and packaging. The final product is uniform, visually appealing, and consistent in quality.
